Good to know

What do you take on?

Sheds, detached garages, small outbuildings, and interior demolition in one-storey buildings. We don't take on attached garages or taller buildings.

Do I need a permit?

A permit is required for buildings larger than 10 square metres (about 108 square feet), except farm buildings. We take care of the permit for you.

Asbestos or hazardous materials?

We can't take on jobs with asbestos or other hazardous materials. That work needs specialized equipment, licensing, and training. If you think your building may have any, tell us when you ask for your estimate.

What happens to the debris?

We haul everything away, or arrange for it, so you aren't left with a pile on the property.

How is it priced?

Free estimate after a site visit. Depending on the job we price by weight, by the hour, or a flat rate, and we tell you which before we start.
